Who we are

Lincoln Town Cleaners, 10 Lewis St, Lincoln, MA 01773 ("we") runs this website to let our dry cleaning customers check on their orders and to send them text messages about those orders.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run your order:

• Your name and phone number, which you give us when you drop off an order.
• Your order details: the items and quantities, prices, any note we write about the order, and the dates it was received, made ready, and picked up.
• A log of the text messages we send you: the message, when it was sent, and whether it was delivered.
• The phone number you type into our tracking page and your IP address, kept as a counter so we can limit repeated lookups.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• show you the status of your orders when you look up your phone number;
• text you when your order is ready for pickup, and remind you if it has not been picked up;
• protect the tracking page from abuse.

Text messages

We text you only about your orders. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information, including your phone number and your consent to receive texts, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who else handles your information

A few companies process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Twilio sends our text messages, Supabase stores our database, and Vercel hosts this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

What others can see on the tracking page

The tracking page does not ask you to sign in. Anyone who enters your phone number on it can see the status, dates, and the list of items (names and quantities) for your orders. The page does not show your name, prices, or notes. If this concerns you, contact us.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them to run our business. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
