Lincoln Town Cleaners offers an order-tracking page and text-message updates for our dry cleaning customers. The tracking page shows the latest status we have recorded. If something looks wrong, check with us.

Text message program

Program name: Lincoln Town Cleaners order updates.

We send text messages about your orders: an optional confirmation when you drop off, a message when your order is ready for pickup, and up to 3 reminders if it has not been picked up. That is up to 5 messages per order. We may also send an occasional notice about your order if our pickup hours change.

How you agree

You agree to receive these text messages when you give us your phone number at drop-off. We show this notice at our counter or on your ticket:
